MEET JENNIFER

My name is Jennifer Brum

I am a Master (Registered) Therapeutic Counsellor, EMDR Trained Therapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional based in Langford, BC. I offer personalized, evidence-based, and trauma-informed counselling to individuals in Langford, Victoria, and the surrounding areas, with the option to meet either online or in person. Secure online video sessions make counselling accessible no matter where you live.

With a warm and integrative approach, I support clients navigating a wide range of life challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply seeking deeper self-understanding, I’m here to help you explore your experiences in a space that feels safe, supportive, and grounded in compassion.
